We are pleased to announce that Ryan Millar has joined the team at INTALEGENCE as a Sr. Partner in Executive Development.   In addition to his work with us, he is the founder of Gold Medal Mindset LLC, where he specializes in guiding leaders through the complexities of breaking barriers, overcoming obstacles, and forging paths toward peak performance.   Ryan has an undergraduate degree from Brigham Young and was awarded his MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management. His professional work focuses on helping his clients define their desired workplace environments and development of high performing teams across all organizational levels - from the C-suite to the frontline.   Ryan is a 3 time Olympian and Olympic Gold Medalist, winning Gold at the 2008 Beijing, China Olympic Games. He has translated his success on the court to his work and brings a passion, dedication, and commitment to his clients that is the hallmark of all he does.   He is a proud father of three children. The highlight of the SHRM Conference so far was obviously the Insperity afterparty at the Untitled Supper Club last night. The Marketing Team did an amazing job in putting together such an amazing event at one of the coolest spots in town. (if you have never been, I suggest you go!) Not only was it a chance for the INTALEGENCE team to hang our with our amazing partner, Insperity, but as an added benefit, there was a small reunion of the former Hacking HR Chicago Team of which our Founder, Ron Godier, was lucky enough to be a part of.
