September permit numbers are in! 🏡 The U.S. Census Bureau reports that 1,782 single-family permits were issued in Indiana this September, up 14% from 2023. Although down 11% from August 2024, year-to-date permits total 15,520—a 20% rise over the first nine months of 2023.

Home Builders Association of Fort Wayne, Inc. is partnering with students at the Boys & Girls Club on a bench-building project. HBA members and students meet weekly to work on the benches. Once the benches are complete, the kids will paint/decorate them and help determine where the benches will go.
