IES Infrastructure Solutions Acquires Steel Fabrication Facility in South Carolina CANTON—June 6, 2024—IES Infrastructure Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of IES Holdings, Inc. (“IES”) (NASDAQ: IESC), announced today that it has acquired a steel fabrication plant in Rock Hill, South Carolina, consisting of a 148,000 square feet facility located on approximately 45 acres of land. This new Rock Hill plant will operate under the Technibus name.

IES Holdings, Inc. (“IES”) (NASDAQ: IESC) announced today that it has acquired Greiner Industries, Inc. (“Greiner”), a Mount Joy, PA-based structural steel fabrication and services company. The acquisition also includes the purchase of Greiner’s facilities, which cover 450,000-square feet of manufacturing space on a 60-acre campus. This would also include large project supervision, installation, start-up, service pricing, and customer satisfaction.
