For Individuals and Families We design and deliver personalized one-on-one wellness and fitness plans based on the modalities and schedule that best meets your goals. Classes are offered by live via Zoom nationwide and in-person in NYC, the Hamptons, Fairfield County, Miami, Palm Beach and Los Angeles. For Older Adults & Caregivers Our live (via Zoom), low cost, and engaging classes help your residents stay active and bring structure, connection, and vitality to every day.
