    “We want guests to enter through a mycelium network and transport them into a place where plants took over the world,” 🫡 This 2-day vegan food expo from VXK / Vkind | Vegan Business App consisted of 5 themed food activations with food flights to match the theme: Asia, Africa, Latin America, Ocean and Plants. Live DJ, bars- it was such a vibe!     When your commercial tenants thrive, you do, too. 💡 This was the thought process behind this commercial investment group deciding to invest in community events, experiential installations, and other #tourism driven events and activities that would drive foot traffic to their tenants. The best part? Many other businesses were willing to sponsor these community events to keep them FREE - resulting in the investment group keep their OWN costs low. 🤯 We focused on two seasonal, large installations: 🌺 Dia de Los Muertos 🎄 Village du Noel (a holiday theme inspired by the villages throughout Europe) Each event was designed with the intention to drive tourism from all over the state, as well as bring the local community together. In order to drive this type of impact, we had to ensure each installation had the following: 💡 A brilliant marketing plan and execution that included engaging micro influencers, publications, exterior signage, and incredible content. ✨ Large, photo worthy, show stopping pieces that would DRAW people in. These installations had to be worthy of traveling to see. These experiences needed to be magical. 🎉 A VIP media preview event that allowed us to capture content to create targeted ads a week ahead of the event, while also creating conversation among each medias social media channels - they’d share content from the event on their own channels, promoting the event. In turn, this would drive foot traffic to the local restaurants, arcades, shops and other recreational activities in the area. 💰 The investment group would in turn get the second-order impact, which was goodwill with their tenants and potential tenants as they continue building and expanding their footprint. 🥰 It increased their value as more than just a commercial builder or landlord - they will be seen as innovators who care about their tenants success. 🎉 We can’t wait to share the updates and outcomes of these events!     Spotify hosted an "immersive house of audio" experience to educate users on its app features and brand partnerships. Every room in the venue featured a product or tool by a Spotify partner that you could use to listen to audio. It even had a kitchen with food from local bakeries and a fridge filled with Easter eggs. (Whaaat!) Within each egg was a scannable code to a Spotify playlist. Why does #ExperientialMarketing work? Experiential purchases might also create greater feelings of social connection because consumers are more likely to talk to others about their experiences than their possessions. (Most cases...) Get creative, my friends!     Experiential marketing & immersive design is skyrocketing for tourism, economic development, hospitality — and commercial real estate investors?? 🤯 We were approached by a large, highly respected commercial investment group to concept, design, build and execute a series of events designed to attract tourism, locals, and other influencers to their tenants businesses. Their goals were to: 1. Increase foot traffic to their tenants in the entertainment district (restaurants, retail shops, and entertainment) 2. Drive more value to their tenants 3.
