What the heck is Guild? For U.S. Olympian Ariana Ramsey, it’s an easy platform to use (whew!😅). Ariana recently enrolled in eCornell's Social Media Marketing Certificate, and we can’t wait to see what she does next. #WTHisGuild #TeamUSA

Caring for those who care for others❤️🔥 Our Employee Resource Group (ERG) for caregivers, Caregivers and Allies Network (CAN), is kicking off its first-ever celebration month this month! CAN's goal is to shed light on the realities faced by caregivers at Guild and provide support and community in balancing work and caregiving responsibilities. This month, we celebrate and recognize caregivers and their work, which is often behind the scenes.

Leaders: How do you balance the need for immediate skill development with your team's long-term career growth aspirations? According to Sue Suh (she/her/hers), former Chief People Officer at TIME and Chief Talent Officer at The Rockefeller Foundation, there's room for both. "A dazzling three-point shot might be all you want to work on, because you want to be the next Sabrina Lonescu or Steph Curry. In the immediate term, however, you also have to make your free throws. Are perfect free throws going to be the thing that gets you to the WNBA or NBA? Not by themselves. But your team needs you to make them, and being good at them will keep you on the court, which is where you need to be in order to continue growing and learning."
