We grow our firm by growing our people. That begins by offering people opportunities to learn new skills and take on greater responsibility. One way we do that is through Gensler University, a leadership program we established more than 30 years ago. Hundreds of Gensler people have passed through this months-long experience, which deepens participants’ leadership and management skills. Many of the GU classes have focused on channeling NextGen talent into the firm’s leadership pipeline.
