Colleague resource groups are a vital part of our culture. They represent a chance for our teammates worldwide to connect, learn from one another, and further inclusion. They also help us drive change and bring forward solutions as we work to unlock opportunities for everyone and build a culture of belonging. This helps us to retain the best talent, nurture future leaders, develop our people and ​​unlock opportunities for everyone.​​​​​​

Flexible working arrangements and pay equity

We foster a unique culture of belonging that empowers us to be our best selves and do our best work. We welcome discussions around flexible work patterns that aim to ensure that our colleagues can balance their work alongside personal commitments. This includes shared parental leave to ensure both parents have equal rights to take time with their newborn and we have also recently achieved 100% gender pay equity.
