    At Gamefam, we think we now know the secret to successful live ops for long-term growth on Roblox... 🤔 Is it shipping updates?  Is it adding brands to the game?  Is it raising average revenue per daily active user (ARPDAU)? It’s actually just one thing, one word, simply put: Algorithm. >95% of Roblox users are driven into games via Home Page discovery on the algorithm. Roblox has shared in its blogs that the algorithm wants new, that it wants aged up users from off-platform, and it wants KPIs that are better than previous games... And when a massive game loses 65-95% of its users within a year, as happens regularly - what is the cause of that attrition?  Algorithm.
