Happy ONE YEAR Fringeversary to Bibiana Seng! Not only a master at Quality Assurance, Bibiana conquers everything she does from cooking to gardening to caring for animals. She also enjoys discovering other worlds through video games, podcasts, and books - she's even writing her own! We were rich. As cheesy as it sounds, you can't put a price on the amount of laughs, good food, and rain-soaked clothes we experienced last week, but we had an endless supply of it all. All four of us Co-founders hosted a cookout for our team members and their families who are local to the Richmond, VA area. And it. was. awesome. Fringe kids were playing throughout the Clubhouse, movies and popcorn in full force, while their parents took time to connect with their teammates after the laptops shut and the topics switched to personal wins, weekend plans, and bold hot takes. This wasn't required. There was no pressure to attend -- as a dad of five, I KNOW how busy the evenings can get. Our people showed up because they wanted to, because it filled their cup more than keeping to their typical Tuesday night. I admire this team more and more, and it's in these moments more than anything that goes on during the "work day" that make me immensely proud to have a group of people who love and care about people working at Fringe.
