In June, we celebrated the ground-breaking ceremony for our new production facility in the Aachen region, Germany, to expand our drug/ device business. Hemoteq AG announced plans to create over 150 new jobs. Now we have welcomed our first employee for our new facility! Norman Ungermann joins the product development team under the leadership of Anissa Schmitz. The investment of over USD 50 million in the new site will triple our production footprint for drug and hydrophilic coatings for medical devices to meet the increasing global demand.
