We’re constantly evolving our curriculum to align with excellence in the hospitality industry. For our most recent St Giles Hotels x Saira Hospitality Acdemy, we’ve had the honour to work with the Forbes Travel Guide Learning & Development team, who have given our trainers access to deliver their daily “Service Energizers”. Service Energizers are daily activities and conversation starters designed to inspire hospitality teams, and we can report that they’re having the desired effect. Each exercise takes just a few minutes and truly brings to life the principles of service excellence. Knowing that they are taking part in the same daily Energizers as FTG hotels worldwide has fostered a deep sense of connectedness amongst our students. This doesn’t just improve their learning journey, but also prepares them to experience this sense of community firsthand as they embark on their new careers in hospitality.
