This year's Jelly Belly Munchkin Masquerade was a spooky success! Last weekend, members of the community joined us at the Jelly Belly Visitor’s Center for a morning full of fun with free Jelly Belly Express train rides, factory tours, and museum experiences. The Beanboozled Challenge kept everyone on their toes, while the first 300 kiddos received special goodies, including Mr. Jelly Belly’s coloring kit and a trick-or-treat candy bag. The festivities didn’t stop there—families also gathered for the Trunk or Treat Car Show, sponsored by the Chelu Family and Friends. We had a blast celebrating Halloweekend with you all! 🎃👻

What an incredible event! This week, our ¡UNIDOS! business resource group closed out Hispanic Heritage Month with a powerful keynote session led by Miguel Joey Aviles, national D&I speaker, consultant and coach. The keynote—titled “The Power of Identity: A Roadmap to Achieve Human Connection and Business Growth fueled by the Hispanic Factor”—was presented to our manufacturing colleagues at our Forest Park facility, as well as our corporate teams in our Chicago HQ. At both events, Joey shared his deep expertise, sparking meaningful cross-cultural conversations about how embracing identity strengthens both our human connections and drives business success. It was an inspiring and we couldn’t be prouder to celebrate our Hispanic and Latine employees and foster inclusion throughout Ferrara.
