Tuesday, August 6th, is National Night Out! An annual community event that promotes public safety partnerships and neighborhood awareness to make a safer, more caring place to live. National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and public safety organizations while bringing a sense of community. This activity provides an opportunity to bring public safety law enforcement staff and neighbors together under positive circumstances. If your community is having a National Night Out event, you should check it out. Many CERT Volunteers will also be planning on reaching out to their own communities during National Night Out. The 2024 National CERT Conference Registration is now open! Dates & Location Held at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington DC, conference dates start on Tuesday, July 23rd through Friday, July 26th.
