We create interactive floor plans for event organizers. Our floor plans are aimed to locate exhibitors, navigate with wayfinding, increase revenue with sponsorship options and automate the booth reservation process. We work with offline, online and hybrid events all over the world. For more than 5 years, we have been creating floor plans for international trade shows such as IMEX, GITEX Africa, Money 20/20, CWIEME Berlin and many others. Our interactive floor plans with GPS Positioning and Wayfinding make it easy for attendees to find the booths and events at the trade show and spend their time effectively.

I got a little lost at World Travel Market (WTM) London, and I don’t think I was the only one. I spent a few hours there on Tuesday and spotted some challenges when navigating the show floor. This map will change dramatically in the next few months. The disruption will be real. Generative AI is coming to events in full force. Is it hype? It could be. Yet, I’ve rarely seen so much adoption of tools like ChatGPT from event professionals. The eventtech sector is in dire need of AI: - Complex registration flows - Matchmaking - Event websites - Data analysis - Timely information retrieval Are just some of the applications where AI can completely redefine the eventtech landscape. On the one hand, legacy companies are integrating bits and pieces of AI in their stream. On the other hand, there are native AI applications, with a new wave of established event tech founders now building AI-first solutions. But eventtech is about support! It truly is. Event tech today is about account relationships and customer service. Mostly because a good product has been almost impossible to deliver. Too much complexity. In the old world.
