⛽️ 𝗙𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁: 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗲𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲 Whether you're exercising before work, during your lunch break, or in the evening hours, don't forget about hydration! Water will help you perform your best and recover faster. This is true year-round, and especially when working out during the hot summer months. But sometimes, chugging water just isn’t enough to keep you hydrated. In those moments, you also need electrolytes. By pulling water into your cells, these specialized minerals (like sodium, potassium, chloride, magnesium, and calcium) act as a power-up for your brain and body. Swipe to learn how you can incorporate electrolytes into your hydration routine. 👉

Even if you've never heard the term 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀, you're probably familiar with the feelings of anxiety, rumination and worry that emerge as Sunday draws to a close and Monday looms on the horizon. While sometimes these feelings are a result of individual employee patterns, they might also be a result of a workplace performance culture that places unsustainable expectations on individuals and teams. At Exos, we turned the microscope on ourselves to better understand our own performance culture, and created a blueprint for sustainable high performance (and as a result, reduced those pesky Sunday Scaries). ➡️ Learn more from Dr. Sarah Sarkis, Sr. Director of Performance Psychology at Exos, via BenefitsPRO: https://lnkd.in/deHMerJr
