We're excited to announce that David Stahl, Vice President has joined our team of architectural professionals! David brings over 30 years of experience providing front-end design and concept work to projects within the housing and hospitality markets. His expertise can be found in buildings nationwide, specifically in the Midwest, Southwest and Southeast regions. A sample of his notable projects in Minnesota include The Hotel Landing (Wayzata), Rafter Apartments (Minneapolis) and Sandhill Shores – an active living community (Stillwater). With a keen eye for design, and an enthusiastic approach, David has built lasting relationships with developers, project collaborators and colleagues. His philosophy is one that prioritizes project objectives and client goals while remaining nimble enough to pivot when needed. He instinctively brings joy to the process and organically provides mentorship through open dialogue and a quiet yet guiding confidence. With David’s leadership, ESG will continue to bring a community-centric approach to design that thoughtfully considers people and place.

#InsideInteriors We are excited to showcase finished photography for the Chan Zuckerberg Biohub Network Chicago headquarters! Our team worked closely to bring the Chan Zuckerberg Biohub’s Headquarters to life. Informed by the architectural language of the building, we incorporated soft curves throughout the floorplate. The design subtly speaks to the CZ Biohub brand through thoughtful architectural moves and a cohesive color palette. Our interiors team planned for ultimate flexibility and a variety of work styles by offering dynamic multipurpose spaces. The design provides users with access to skyline views, room for growth and peeks into the lab. We can't wait to see the incredible advancements that CZ Biohub Chicago will achieve in their new space!
