“Like it or not, we live in an increasingly energy-hungry society.” And that energy should be clean, reliable, and affordable. Units 1 and 2 at the plant were scheduled to cease commercial operation, but thanks in part to President Biden’s Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, the plant is extending operations and will continue to generate clean energy in California.
