This week, Making HerStory, our women's associate resource group, volunteered at Star House, a Columbus organization that provides many resources to homeless youth aged 14-24. Thank you for taking the time to give back to our community this holiday season!

With Thanksgiving coming up, we asked Encova associates to share what they're thankful for this year. Corporate Services Specialist Jenn Muessig is grateful for the health and joy of her growing family. "It may be cliche, but I’m thankful for my little family. Giving birth to another healthy beautiful baby girl in February this year and watching our oldest become a big sis was the highlight."

Today, Nov. 11, is Veterans Day, a day to honor and thank our veterans for their selfless service to our country. We asked members of our Military Appreciation associate resource group for insight into the meaning of the holiday and how we can appropriately reflect on the day. Thank you, veterans, for your service.

With Thanksgiving around the corner, we asked Encova associates to share what they're thankful for this year. Package Lines Production Underwriter Robyn Johnson is grateful for time spent with family and friends. "This year I’m thankful for the quick weekend trips I was able to squeeze in through the year spending time with family and friends. We took in a baseball game in Morgantown to watch OSU play WVU this spring. We also took in a Phillies vs. Pirates game in Pittsburgh this summer. Included in my travels were long weekends away in Georgia and at the Greenbrier, both including 5Ks, which were amazing experiences and a great way to take in the sights! So thankful for these fun times with friends and family that fill up my cup throughout the year and bring me so much joy."
