Before eHealth, Ana, who is based in Miami, worked in customer service for a large grocery store chain. “I was a bundle of nerves before I took my first call with a beneficiary,” she says. But it wasn’t long before the nerves went away and she felt right at home . “I love it. I just love helping people,” she says. “It’s all about making a friend.
