Thanks Veridus Advisors! Glad to partner with an amazing project team. Congratulations City of West Lafayette.
We were honored to stand alongside Mayor Easter, Chief Ferguson, Chief Need, the West Lafayette Police and Fire Departments, the City Council and Clerk, Kettelhut Construction, DLZ Corporation, and community members to celebrate the groundbreaking of the new West Lafayette Public Safety Campus. As shared during the ceremony, the new campus will streamline operations, replace the outdated 1960s Fire Station No. 2 and 2003 police station, and offer functional spaces all while bringing the Police and Fire Departments under one roof. It will be a place for public safety officials to train, rest, and respond as well as a welcoming place for the community for training programs. Congratulations, City of West Lafayette!

Thanks for sharing, Meyer Najem! Super excited to be a part of this team. What a great project.
Today we celebrated the official ribbon cutting of the new Morgan County Judicial Building in Martinsville, IN! Lt. Governor Micah Beckwith joined other state leaders, county leaders and community members to mark this milestone—an investment in Morgan County’s future. This $46 million building is the cornerstone of a $72 million project that will modernize their courts and administrative use while preserving the historic courthouse for generations to come. Major features of the new Judicial Building: • 71,800 square feet over three floors • Courtrooms for one Circuit Court, three Superior Courts, and two Hearing Courts • Dedicated space for prosecutor and probation offices •Secure jury areas and separate entrances for defendants • Digital docket displays for courts / wayfinding • State-of-the-art courtroom A/V software This new facility ensures all court staff can work in one secure, modern building, improving service to the public. Meanwhile, the historic 1857 courthouse will undergo a renovation to house county administrative offices with important ADA upgrades. A big thank you to our partners who helped make this possible: • Morgan County Commissioners, GM Development • DLZ Corporation We’re proud to see this vision for Morgan County’s future become reality!
