We're still reminiscing on one of the most epic events we've had the chance to host in the Delish Test Kitchen to date... Al Roker & Courtney Roker Laga's "Recipes to Live By" Cookbook Party took center stage at Delish Kitchen Studios in NYC. Attendees enjoyed a delightful cookbook demo, alongside a studio tour, cocktails, and more. The event was hosted by Delish, Legacy Lit, and BEM | books & more. A perfect blend of culinary inspiration and entertainment, making memorable moments with food enthusiasts. A special thanks to Delish team members Robert Seixas and Brooke Caison!

Another amazing event hosted in the Delish Test Kitchen! We welcomed nearly two dozen female-founders to connect, share ideas and—of course—EAT. This event encapsulates the importance and privilege of having a space that allows us to host our community who comes from beyond the kitchen. Last week, our Latinx ERG came together for ¡Nuestra Mesa!, an intimate dinner in the Delish Test Kitchen. We were honored to have the incredible Afro Latina chef, Speshyl Smith, serve up her unique recipes and inspiring Puerto Rican flavors. From savory mofonguitos maduros to sweet quesitos, every dish was a testament to the rich and diverse heritage of the Hispanic community. ¡Nuestra Mesa! was part of Latinx's Cultura Festival, a month-long celebration dedicated to Hispanic Heritage Month and all things Latinx. A huge thank you to everyone who joined and made this event a success. #HispanicHeritageMonth

📚 Exciting Day at Delish! 🎓 On October 1, Delish was delighted to host a group from New York University's master's program in Publishing. Over 20 students, along with their chaperones, toured the iconic Hearst Tower and Delish Kitchen Studios and offices. The students had the chance to hear from key Delish team members, including Ryan Grim, Features Director, Robert Seixas, Senior Food Director, Izabela Campos, Assistant Editor of Audience Development, Jill Baughman, Deputy Recipe Editor, and Lindsey Ramsey, Senior Director of Content Operations. It was an inspiring experience filled with insights and exploration! #BehindTheScenes #MediaTour

We watched proudly as Food Editor, Taylor Ann Spencer, featured on an engaging panel at Drexel University & moderated by the esteemed Food Scientist, Rosemary Trout. The session delved into the art of producing professional food videos, crafting compelling food narratives, and exploring the synergy within production teams. With hundreds of guests in attendance, it was a unique opportunity to gain insights from #FoodMedia professionals.
