For Pride, Queeries leaders planned creative ways to celebrate and learn something new. They held an Understanding Pride Month event that’s a primer on LGBTQIA+ history, including the Stonewall Uprising and its impact, along with themed Zoom backgrounds, resources, and a swag drop. We introduced a Trans-Inclusion Policy, ensuring employees can express their gender identity without fear. This includes access to transition-related medical care and the right to be addressed by preferred names and pronouns. Our values of inclusivity and support are reflected in our everyday work.
