Reed Children's Center, a facility that specializes in mental and behavioral health care for children, teens, families and individuals in Erie, PA. As swallowing difficulties are common symptoms of Alzheimer's Disease, Cura’s Puree Creations meets the challenges of adequately nourishing patients who experience dysphagia. “Memory-impaired residents should never be restricted from the look and taste of real food,” says Cura Corporate Executive Chef Lance Franklin, who recently conducted training for chefs and cooks at St. Catherine's Village in Madison, MS, where they learned the latest techniques to create artful food presentations!
