At Coterra, we recognize the transformative power of career and technical education, especially when it bridges the gap between high school and higher education. That's why we are proud to announce that Coterra Energy is investing in dual enrollment opportunities at the Pennsylvania College of Technology! This initiative, made possible through Pennsylvania's Education Improvement Tax Credit Program, is a continuation of Coterra's decade-long commitment to advancing career and technical education across Pennsylvania. We are proud to contribute to the future success of our students and communities. Photo Credit: Alexandra Butler, Penn College. So proud of one of our interns Annaliese Stump for taking advantage of such an amazing opportunity in Norway! Special thanks to The University of Tulsa for providing these students with opportunities to learn more about the future of energy- we are grateful for this partnership! #energy #education #UTulsa
Students studying energy management and the Masters in Energy (MEB) program at #UTulsa visited Norway this summer to examine the country’s energy makeup. 🇳🇴 Norway is unique in that it embraces renewable energy, almost entirely, for its population and still exports oil and gas from its prolific offshore reserves. Students toured an offshore rig simulation, tiny container houses entirely sustained by renewable energies, and even chartered a boat to see wind turbines. 🗣️ From trip leader and MEB Program Director Anne Grau PhD: "Learning about all energy and the balance of energies and innovations within the energy space is an important part of the program at The University of Tulsa. Students traveling to Norway have had a unique experience to see firsthand how innovations and ingenuity, both traditional energy and renewable energy can lead the way."
