  • According to the Family First organization, more Americans than ever are caregivers, creating many challenges that include mental health concerns. Practicing self-care is critically important for caregivers, and professional intervention may be required if signs of depression or anxiety are present. We appreciate the dedication of all caregivers across the country. Visit our website to learn more about our compassionate mental health and addiction treatment. You’re not alone.

  • On this First Responders Day, we want to thank the brave men and women in our communities who put their lives on the line every day to help keep us all safe. We recognize the mental and emotional toll that comes with serving on the front lines. Your sacrifices don’t go unnoticed, and we are grateful for all that you do.

  • Congratulations to our #EmployeeoftheMonth, Lulu! Here are just a few of the kind words Lulu's teammates shared about her professionalism and commitment to patient care: "Lulu is a fantastic employee, not a negative thing to say. No matter what job she performs with PCA II or intake, she is simply outstanding and excels! She is good at diffusing situations, she is the first to notice a safety issue, follows up on concerns, and keeps her promises. I love getting to work with her. Her baking skills are pretty awesome too! Lulu is always willing to help out wherever she is needed. She genuinely cares for the patients. She is dedicated and always available to help her coworkers. She is by far one of the best PCA's I have worked with here at Copper Springs. Lulu is compassionate and meets/exceeds the expectations of her role as a PCA II. She is a great team player and supports the nurses and the PCAs tirelessly. She is the kind of person one can be proud of to have on their team, and we are blessed she is on ours. Go Lulu! Lulu is compassionate to patients and staff. A loyal and dependable peer. Lulu is a very good PCA 2. She helps a lot in the units when we need her, and she is very helpful with patients on the unit and in intake. Always helping out for the team. She needs to be employee of the month. Lulu is awesome with all the patients. They all love her. She knows "her stuff' so perfectly. Lulu is the best employee! She will help any and everyone! The most dependable employee in Copper Springs." Thank you for all you do, Lulu!

Visiting our hospitals is always a heartwarming experience, as I get to witness the exceptional care provided to those in need. The highlight of today’s visit to Copper Springs was meeting a therapy horse named Ghost. #PatientCare #TherapyAnimals #mentalhealthmatters
