On this First Responders Day, we want to thank the brave men and women in our communities who put their lives on the line every day to help keep us all safe. We recognize the mental and emotional toll that comes with serving on the front lines. Your sacrifices don’t go unnoticed, and we are grateful for all that you do.

If you're sleeping too much or not enough, it could be a sign of a mental health concern. Take care of yourself by prioritizing a healthy amount of sleep!

No matter what job she performs with PCA II or intake, she is simply outstanding and excels! She is good at diffusing situations, she is the first to notice a safety issue, follows up on concerns, and keeps her promises. I love getting to work with her. Her baking skills are pretty awesome too! Lulu is always willing to help out wherever she is needed. She genuinely cares for the patients. She is dedicated and always available to help her coworkers. She is by far one of the best PCA's I have worked with here at Copper Springs. Lulu is compassionate and meets/exceeds the expectations of her role as a PCA II. She is a great team player and supports the nurses and the PCAs tirelessly. She is the kind of person one can be proud of to have on their team, and we are blessed she is on ours. Go Lulu!
