    We are in 2024 and guess what 99% SAAS companies still struggle conducting effective demos. I recently attended a demo where the presenter did not care about tonality but focused on the watch to walk me through a highly complex solution assuming I knew the jargons. Here are 7 tips to help you carry out a winning demo for your online meetings: 1) Prepare a Clear Agenda: Outline the key points you want to cover during the demo. Create a structured agenda that guides the flow of the presentation and helps participants understand what to expect. Share this agenda with attendees before the meeting so they can come prepared with any specific questions. 2) Test Your Technology: Prior to the demo, ensure that your internet connection is stable and that all necessary software and tools are working properly. Test your microphone, camera, and screen sharing functionality in Zoom to avoid any technical issues during the presentation. 3) Personalise the Demo: Tailor the demo to the needs and interests of your audience. Research the participants beforehand, if possible, to understand their pain points and objectives. Customize your presentation to showcase how your software can address their specific challenges and add value to their work. 4) Keep It Interactive: Encourage active participation from attendees throughout the demo. Ask questions, solicit feedback, and provide opportunities for participants to share their thoughts or ask for clarification.
