About Heritage Kitchen: During the week of October 14th, 100+ events will take place at Compass Group USA operations within healthcare systems, educational institutions, cultural centers, sporting and entertainment venues, and Fortune 500 companies in more than 20 cities across the country. Through this program in partnership with Food Fleet, local businesses, many of which are women and minority owned, will have new opportunities to share their unique foods, stories and traditions with a broader audience in the community.
