We are thrilled to announce the succession of Jaclyn Leibl-Cote to the role of Chief Executive Officer. In our 106-year history, this is our fourth CEO – and the first female leader of the company. Additionally, she is the third generation of the Sullivan family to hold this role. In this role, she will lead Collette’s Executive and Strategic Leadership Teams, driving both the global company’s strategic direction and its day-to-day operations. Current Collette CEO, Dan Sullivan, Jr. announced the promotion at a companywide meeting today, sharing his excitement for the change of leadership and the company’s robust future, as he takes on the role of Executive Chairman of the Board. He will continue to participate in the company’s overall direction and long-term strategy. Jaclyn is an 18-year veteran of Collette, having held roles as tour guide, client care agent, product designer and strategist, head of marketing, and most recently as President and Chief Customer Experience officer. She has driven product line differentiation, developed an innovative customer experience platform, broadened the company’s leadership team, evolved a data-driven strategy and cultivated a values-led culture. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Rhode Island and an MBA from Babson College. Congratulations, Jaclyn!

Happy Labor Day to the backbone of our nation—our workers! 💪🇺🇸 #DYK That the "no white after Labor Day" rule is more of a historical curiosity than a strict guideline? Today, the rule is largely considered outdated, so no need to pack them away. #GoCollette
