Ellen Fort described Fulton Lane Inn perfectly in this article! "Fulton Lane Inn is smack in the middle of the action (though it feels like a secret)." We couldn't agree more! ✨ Today, we are thrilled to celebrate a truly remarkable milestone for our President, Michelle Woodhull, who has dedicated 25 years of leading Charming Inns to new heights! Her journey is a testament to her unwavering commitment, innovative vision, and extraordinary leadership. One of Michelle's proudest achievements was creating the Director of Operations position, a strategic move that elevated our company to new heights. She also tackled the toughest challenge of her career, navigating through the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the difficulties, it was also the time she felt most proud of our team's resilience and unity. Humility and teamwork define Michelle's leadership style. She often says, "I've surrounded myself with great people who make me shine." A heartfelt compliment from an employee perfectly captures her spirit: "She's the kind of leader who doesn't expect her team to do anything she wouldn't do herself, sometimes that means doing laundry or serving breakfast." Her passion for hospitality runs deep. Joining Charming Inns a few years post-college, she began her career as the Innkeeper of Kings Courtyard Inn and has excelled in various roles until she took the helm as president in 2019. Cheers to Michelle, for your incredible dedication and leadership! Here's to many more years of success! 🥂
