We recently hosted the CO2 Warriors Workshop in Hong Kong, bringing together nearly 40 of our dedicated customers to dive into sustainability and decarbonization. 💚✨ The day was packed with interactive sessions, where participants shared innovative ideas and strategies to reduce carbon emissions and work towards our shared sustainability goals. 🌏 We’re honored to share that CEVA Logistics and UNIQLO have won the Sustainability Leadership Award at the 2024 NORA Power of Partnerships Awards in Sydney, Australia! Since March 2022, we have seen a significant reduction in waste to landfill, deployment in LI-Ion MHEs, environmentally friendly cleaning solutions and many other initiatives that have made operations more efficient while reducing emissions. With the long-term goal of achieving a carbon-neutral warehouse in Australia, CEVA is proud to work with UNIQLO in reducing its environmental impact, to achieve sustainable business while offering innovative products customers can use with confidence. Alongside TotalEnergies, we have inaugurated the largest solar shading installation in France’s Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, installed at our site in Blyes. The 28-hectare #solarpower plant is composed of 58,000 panels with a total output of 28.5 MWp, producing 34 GWh, equivalent to the annual domestic electricity consumption of 15,000 people. We’re strongly committed to reducing the local impact of our activities, ultimately using this project to help reduce the #carbonfootprint of our finished vehicle logistics platform in Blyes.
