We recently visited the Universal site in Frisco, where CEC is currently handling the underground work. What a massive job site! Daniel Hodnett, our Senior Superintendent, is championing this project, supported by Ben Dodgen, our Project Executive. Their combined leadership has been essential in driving the progress on this challenging project. We also had the opportunity to stop by the TIAA project. Martin Ramirez, a Senior Superintendent specializing in Corporate Interiors, is leading this project with a team of 60 skilled professionals in the field. Martin, who has been with CEC for 12 years, is partnering with Santiago Tapia, another long-term superintendent, to ensure the project’s success. The pictures of the conduit work are from TIAA, where Martin’s team has done a phenomenal job. Currently, the TIAA project is moving through Phase 2 under the guidance of Jerry Alvarado, who is the lead Superintendent for this stage. We’re excited to share some big news in our journey of growth and expansion!   New Look for Our Headquarters: Our main office at 1275 Valley View Lane in Irving is getting a fresh makeover with updated signage. Construction is underway to accommodate the needs of our growing team.   Expanding with a New Facility: We’re building a new 130,000 sq. ft. Offsite Construction Facility at 2450 Valley View in Irving, Texas. This state-of-the-art facility will enhance our ability to serve clients and support our team's innovative efforts.   Phoenix Office: Our office in Phoenix, AZ, is set to be fully renovated in Q4! This expansion will help us better serve the growing demand in that region.   Open House Launch: The open house celebrated the new main hub in Billings, MT, zero utility strikes in 8 months, and no OSHA incidents this year.
