One of the metrics we obsess over at Cache is the level of portfolio diversification. It wouldn’t help anyone reduce their concentration risk if we filled our exchange funds with #Apple or #Microsoft shareholders only. To ensure optimal diversification, each of our funds is benchmarked to a market index (like the Nasdaq-100). And our internal systems constantly guide us on the levers to achieve this diversity of demand. We recently crossed an important milestone in our enrollment funnel. Investors from over 300 companies have now enrolled on our platform. This client base consists of a diverse and successful group of investors, including early engineers from companies like Airbnb and Uber, partners at private equity and venture capital firms, and chief-level executives at major public companies. It is incredible to receive such strong validation from the market — especially since we’re just starting out. If you hold a stock position that makes up more than 10% of your net worth, check out how Cache can help. Our next fund closes on August 30! #wealthmanagement #personalfinance #financialplanning

At Cache, we now have clear data that tech employees ACROSS the sector have overly concentrated portfolios. Analyzing data across tens of thousands of enrollments and simulations on our platform, we found that the problem is extensive. If you are a tech employee, would you rather have all your risk in one or two stocks, or spread it across a portfolio of high-growth companies? 🐣 I started Cache in 2022 on the intuition that big tech employees have concentrated portfolios, and the problem is pervasive enough to build a company around. In the six months since our public launch, we've seen that to be exactly the case. 📊 Looking at our enrollments, the largest tech companies have naturally bubbled to the top as the most concentrated: 👉🏾 Apple and NVIDIA are continuously neck and neck for the top two spots. Investors have amassed massive positions in these two stocks. 👉🏾 Microsoft, Meta, and Google follow close behind, with similar interest levels across all three. 👉🏾 Amazon and Broadcom are the next two large caps. Uber also ranks high, given that many on our team (including myself) worked there. And these are followed with a long tail of hundreds of stocks. Given that these are the largest weights in the Nasdaq-100, we’re on our third exchange fund to meet this demand.  If you are overly concentrated in these stocks, we can help you exchange your stocks for a similar growth exposure while substantially reducing your concentration risk. Plus, you can do it without incurring a huge tax bill. Check out how Cache Exchange Fund can help. Our next fund closes on July 31st, or Aug 31st if you miss the train in July. #wealthmanagement #financialplanning #personalfinance #Microsoft #Amazon #Meta #Google #Nvidia

Concentrated stock holdings can put your portfolio at risk as seen in the CrowdStrike stock plummet following the Microsoft outage on Friday. Contributing a portion of your concentrated stock to an Exchange Fund can be an excellent way to diversify your portfolio and protect your assets in a tax-efficient way. Last month, two clients with most of their net worth in CrowdStrike stock were at a fork in the road. One chose to diversify tax-efficiently with Cache, while the other kicked the can down the road. What has unfolded since is a great illustration of concentration risk, and how Cache has impacted our client's financial lives. Crowdstrike’s stock has plummeted by over 30% in the aftermath of the global Microsoft outage. While one investor saw their portfolio value nosedive, another felt less of an impact as they moved half of their stock into the Cache Exchange Fund. Their exchange fund investment weathered the storm well and is up this month. What happened with Crowdstrike is a black swan event. Though these events seem improbable, they can have severe consequences when they occur. Across the stock market, these events aren’t that rare — every day, some stock or the other suffers a major drawdown, especially around earnings season. Remember when Netflix dropped 40%+ in one day, or Meta dropped 75% in less than two months? These black swan events can wreak havoc on a concentrated portfolio. With sufficient diversification, you can insulate yourself against these sudden, localized shocks. Cache Exchange Fund can help you protect your wealth through tax-efficient diversification. Learn how you can safeguard your portfolio from unexpected downturns. #wealthmanagement #financialplanning #financialadvisor

Great example of a niche strategy w/ a target audience (tech shareholders w/ high unrealized gains), but w/ an enhanced user experience/structure, setting this up to be more than just one QQQ’s exchange fund, big things ahead, congrats Srikanth Narayan & team @ Cache.
