It’s a big day for Build then Bless! Clint Pulver is joining our team as our new Chief Experience Officer. Clint has spent his career as a researcher looking behind the scenes for companies all over the world. After interviewing over 11,000 employees from various organizations, he’s learned what leads to their lasting loyalty – and what triggers them to head for the exit door. His professional life now consists of speaking to and training some of the most significant companies in the world, and helping them implement life-changing principles for their people. When Clint was introduced to Build Then Bless, he realized that this platform and the associated philosophy behind it closed the loop on over a decade of his undercover research. To have Clint onboard, and to blend his life of experience with Build Then Bless is going to bring so much joy to so many people and organizations around the world. We couldn’t be more excited!

What a cool story shared by John Rowa. Although he was able to bless an elderly couple by covering their bill, he taught a more valuable lesson to his five beautiful children as they watched him bless someone for no other reason than to brighten someone's day.

A great server in a restaurant can make or break your dining experience but for a server, having a table of kind and friendly patrons makes you want to get up and go to work the next day.
