It's been a while since my last post, and now that we're past the emotional "hangover" of the #BTSGroupSummit, I can finally share why... 😌 We were forging something very big. Now, as part of the BTS Group, we're excited to fully leverage these advancements. By integrating our collective knowledge, we're ready to offer even more customized and advanced solutions to our customers. This was the main theme of the #BTSGroupSummit, held last week in our beloved Zaragoza. I couldn’t have imagined a better way to bring together the great team that BTS Group is! 😍 This strategic move is key to unlocking the full potential of our technology, enabling the company to serve trusted operators, surpass expectations, and lead the telecommunications industry into the future. The BTS Group Summit 2024 was a resounding success, with a big part of the team coming together as we analyzed the defined strategy for the years 2025 and 2026. The high level of participation and engagement from all participants was remarkable. During the final day we had the pleasure of having guests and partners join us to lead individual sessions where they shared business cases, presented success stories, and provided expert insights. Today in the #BTSGroupSummit we have been sharing information and experiences about the technological insights and the commercial day to day of the company. Among the usual topics: Voice traffic, A2P, flash calls, DID, #SmartVoice was warmly welcomed as one of the most innovative lines in the company, with the responsibility of bringing the #ArtificialIntelligence technologies to the telecommunications industry in wholesale management. We are in Spain this week gathered with our colleagues from our sister company at the #BTSGroupSummit 2024 to discuss the people, technology, and innovation behind our success. Yesterday at one of S and BTS’ panels, Amine Abou-Jaoude introduced our next major focus: the Middle East, where we recently set up a legal entity to solidify our presence, allowing us to better meet the market’s needs and expand our service offerings through our platform. Our commitment to the region is long term. We are settled to stay, ready to address its unique challenges and opportunities.

More than 25 years ago, my family and I ventured into what is now known as BTS, the 7th international voice carrier in the global market. I am incredibly proud to be surrounded by a team that has consistently gone above and beyond, demonstrating exceptional leadership and dedication. Their positive attitude and willingness to tackle additional challenges are truly inspiring and have been key to taking our company to the next level. BTS Group is not only a specialist in voice management but also a pioneer in advanced technologies for voice analysis through AI. This summit allows us to explore the latest advancements in traffic management and voice quality improvements, ensuring we stay at the forefront of the telecommunications industry.
