An example of this is the $30 billion climate finance vehicle, ALTÉRRA fund, which employs catalytic capital, a type of blended finance. We're thrilled that Revolut is expanding its presence in Canary Wharf. From their humble beginnings in 2015 when they started out with just two desks at our tech incubator, Level39, to now expanding to its global headquarters into the YY building, taking up 113,000 sq ft on a 10 year lease. Revolut's growth in Canary Wharf has been remarkable, and we look forward to supporting their future on the Estate.
