A project seven years in the making is now complete in Columbus, Georgia. Riverfront Place, a multi-phase development overlooking the Chattahoochee River, brings a mix of residential, office, hospitality, dining, and retail spaces to the growing Columbus community. Phases I and II consisted of The Rapids at Riverfront Place, Swift Park, and Hotel Indigo Columbus. Phases III and IV included The Currents at Riverfront Place and Synovus office headquarters. Long-term developments like these are always so rewarding to complete. We're grateful to W.C. Bradley Co. for entrusting us to reimagine the site of a former cotton mill. Introducing Emmi, a 31-story multifamily building in Midtown Atlanta! Emmi's name was inspired by the building's unique facade, which resembles the letters “E”, “M”, and “I.” The project included more than 300 residential units, a lobby, an indoor/outdoor lounge, a fitness center, co-working areas, a pool deck, and a parking deck. If anyone needs us, we'll be soaking up the final days of summer at this pool. 😌

We recently celebrated the groundbreaking of the Raytheon Redstone Missile Integration Facility Expansion in Huntsville, Alabama. This 45,000 sq ft expansion of the assembly facility will add two additional missile test cells, new manufacturing and office spaces, and more facility enhancements. RTX

Today is National Ampersand Day, and no one loves the ampersand more than we do! For us, the ampersand is more than a part of our branding. Coming from the Latin word "et" meaning "and," the ampersand reminds us to think of others, celebrate togetherness, & ask how to get 1% better every day. Industry leaders gathered in Reston, Virginia, for the Federal Design-Build Symposium to discuss innovative practices and address challenges in federal construction. Design-build experts from our team—Chris Hodges, Doug Strohmeier, and Tricia Wenke—shared their expertise. Industry partners James Jordon from Jordon Construction Company and Doug Kleppin from The S/L/A/M Collaborative (SLAM) also added their insight to the panels at the event. Go behind the scenes at our Supervision 100 training classes in Atlanta, Orlando, and Dallas. These hands-on training sessions focused on vertical and horizontal formwork. Shore Form generously supplied formwork and personnel to support the training in Orlando. In Atlanta and Dallas, EFCO provided formwork and Spanish-speaking trainers for our Dallas Spanish class. Our partnerships with Shore Form and EFCO Forming & Shoring Solutions are invaluable in equipping our team with the knowledge and skills they need to level up and excel in supervision roles.
