The Asia Pacific region presents a growing opportunity in alternatives, driven by increasing investor demand for diverse asset classes and innovative investment strategies. As we continue to grow, fostering connectivity and transparency is an ongoing priority.    At the end of September, more than 325 colleagues in the Corporate Solutions organization gathered at the NYSE for a town hall hosted by Andrew Polland, Neena Reddy and Alan Kirshenbaum.   With topics ranging from the M&A landscape to Operational Due Diligence to AI, the town hall was an opportunity for our teams across Compliance, Corporate Operations and Strategy, Corporate Sustainability, IT, Human Resources, Legal, Facilities, Finance and Accounting, Tax, Investor Relations, Operations and Marketing – to come together and discuss top-of-mind priorities across the organization.   In a fast-paced environment, it is invaluable to periodically gather with colleagues to take a moment to reflect on all that we have collectively accomplished and prepare for Blue Owl’s next chapter.

Congratulations to Vice President Erica Wilson on being named one of Business Insider’s Rising Stars of 2024!   Erica's interest in finance began early, inspired by visits to her mom on the trading floor. Since then, she has overseen nearly $5 billion in private credit deals at Blue Owl and played a pivotal role in expanding our small business lending program during the COVID-19 pandemic.   As our deal sizes have grown, Erica has grown right along with us, and we’re excited to see how she will continue to make an impact. At our latest Blue Owl Leads Together (BOLT) event, we partnered with KPMG for a fun, hands-on day of giving back on Governors Island! We rolled up our sleeves to support The Friends of Governors Island in protecting tree roots, spreading fresh mulch and clearing weeds – all to preserve the island’s ecosystem and keep this historic treasure thriving. We’re pleased to announce that we have entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the business of digital infrastructure fund manager IPI Partners from ICONIQ Capital and Iron Point Partners, LLC.   As one of the largest private US-based data center investors, IPI’s deep sector expertise will further enhance our digital infrastructure strategy while complementing our existing net lease strategy. The acquisition will add approximately $10.5 billion in assets under management and formalize a partnership with ICONIQ for future growth.   IPI Managing Partner Matthew A'Hearn will join our team as Head of Digital Infrastructure Strategy, reporting to Co-President Marc Zahr, who will continue to lead our Real Estate platform.
