These firms seek an associate to draft appeals at various levels of state and federal courts, including cases tried by other firms. The firms seek a (1-5) year appellate associate with excellent research and writing skills, prior appellate experience, and, ideally, a federal district or U.S. Courts of Appeals clerkship. These firms offer hybrid working environments, and compensation is on the Cravath scale. Texas Licensure or the ability to obtain a Texas license is required.
