Working together to help students succeed! Atrium Health Navicent partnered this week with WGXA and other community groups and organizations to collect school supplies to Stuff The Bus at the Atrium Health Amphitheater. More than 400 pounds of supplies were donated that will be distributed to students in Macon-Bibb and Houston counties!

Our teammates were honored earlier this week to host Warner Robins Mayor LaRhonda W. Patrick for a tour of Atrium Health Levine Children’s Beverly Knight Olson Children’s Hospital. During the tour, our teammates gave her an overview of the hospital and the impact of care provided to children throughout central and south Georgia.

In March of 2022, Gracie noticed bruising on her side that looked abnormal. Shortly after, she was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). Gracie’s cancer journey has recently crossed the finish line with her final round of chemotherapy after two years of intensive treatment. Friends, loved ones and Gracie’s care team came from all directions and gathered at Atrium Health Levine Children’s Beverly Knight Olson Children’s Hospital to celebrate the end of her treatment and to acknowledge her bravery throughout her journey. This bell signifies Gracie’s strength during her battle and shines a light on all the great things to come. Congratulations, Gracie! We are so happy to see you shine ❤️

Help us congratulate Lori Tom as Atrium Health Navicent Baldwin’s latest DAISY Award winner! A teammate at the hospital for more than 20 years, Lori is extolled for caring deeply for both her patients and fellow teammates, and also being known as a “go-to” person willing to help answer questions or find solutions when challenges arrive when administering IVs. Even in times when tornado damage and water outages impacted the hospital, she did not think twice about coming in to help! Thanks for your dedication to our patients and teammates, Lori!
