Our most recent spotlight shines on Serenity Freeman, currently our Operations Manager in Alpharetta. Serenity began her journey with Atlanta Autism Center as an RBT, with an interest in Behavior Analysis. She says, “When I joined AAC, I was set on pursuing a master’s in ABA. However, through the supportive leadership and opportunities for growth, I discovered my passion for operations.” At AAC, our Operations Managers are true jacks of all trades, with many of our leaders promoted from within for their skills in delegation, coordination, and oversight. We’re proud to offer clear pathways for success! We value Serenity’s goal-driven mindset and optimistic outlook as an essential part of our AAC family. Thank you for everything you do, Serenity!
