Today, Assort Health has facilitated over 1.5 million turns of live patient voice conversations with our generative AI healthcare call center agents, and we're experiencing incredible growth 🚀. We are continually assessing how to improve our impact and operations, and to that end, Jeffery L. and I are excited to officially announce our transition to a co-CEO leadership model!
After a few months of running this internally, we've been excited to see a few big unlocks with this model:
- Double the number of “CEO-level” relationships
- Enhanced accountability and rigor in critical business decisions
- More efficient decision-making with two aligned leaders, reducing the need for extensive buy-in
Going forward, Jeff will be responsible for engineering, product, design, and customer success, while I will oversee investor relations, growth, operations, and finance. This division of responsibilities allows us to leverage our individual strengths and focus on key areas of the business more effectively.
We think this nimble and accountable model for running our company is just what healthcare needs right now. By focusing on what's best for Assort, we can:
