🎖 We Belong (APTIM DE&I) and our entire company celebrates #VeteransDay! Today we recognize the bravery, sacrifice, and patriotism of US veterans, and we express our gratitude for their service. We are proud to have many veterans as our APTIM teammates, but here are just a few that we’d like to recognize on social media today: 🔹 Chad Douse, Procurement Agent Senior Airman Chad Douse served in the US Air Force Reserve from 2008 to 2013 as part of the Air Education and Training Command. He underwent training at Maxwell Air Force Base (AFB) and later supervised and managed incoming airmen at Kessler AFB. 🔹 Niki Heflin, Sr. Director, Contracts Niki served on active duty for the US Air Force (USAF) from 1996 through 2000. She was an acquisition officer working in contracting, special agent, with the USAF Office of Special Investigations. Niki separated from the USAF as a captain. 🔹 Moira Ware, Desktop Support Technician At 17, Moira enlisted in the Marine Corps in 2001 and graduated from basic training in Paris Island, South Carolina. She trained at Marine Corps Communication-Electronics School and stationed with the 8th Communications Battalion at Camp Lejeune. In 2014, Moira re-enlisted in the Tennessee Air National Guard’s 134 Air Refueling Wing at McGhee Tyson Air Guard Base, where she served as a civil engineering assistant.
