Get to know Jessica Mittner! It was a beautiful day on Sunday for Buffalo Marathon Weekend, and all of us at AP Executive Staffing are very proud of our runner! Jess has been running marathons, 2 full and 7 half marathons for the past 15 years. She took an 8 year break to have her 3 children, but now she is back to training year round in all weather to compete and continue achieving her goal of finishing every half marathon in under 2 hours every time! A quote she shared by Des Linden, an American long-distance runner, that we love as well: "The process of becoming is better than being.
