On a weekly basis, I consistently receive a heartwarming email or feedback from both clients and candidates about their experience within our office or with our staff. A recent client was so impressed by our warm and welcoming team. I walked into our conference room and she said, "Wow, what a great staff you have here. Everyone is so friendly. At least 3 people said hello and offered me fresh coffee or tea." The next morning I also received the following email from a referral job seeker. These moments are such a source of confidence and pride in our dedicated staff. They also reaffirm our commitment to creating a positive and supportive environment for all who walk through our doors. 𝗛𝗲𝘆, 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸… Let me (Molly Kinkel) introduce you to the 𝟱.𝟱 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲. It’s a simple but effective way to boost productivity and reduce stress in just a few minutes. Here’s how it works: Inhale for 𝟱.𝟱 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘀, then exhale for 𝟱.𝟱 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘀. That’s 5.5 breaths per minute for a total of about 5.5 liters of air. 🤯 Before jumping back into your work: 1. Find a comfortable spot and sit up straight with your feet flat on the floor. 2. Take a moment to scan the room and bring yourself to the present.  3. Close your eyes and inhale through your nose for 5.5 seconds, expanding your belly. 4. Exhale through your mouth for 5.5 seconds, releasing all tension. 5. Repeat 5 times to reset your focus and calm. Today, from our Accounting division we're engaged in a search for a Director of Finance in the Rochester, Greece, Brockport area. Salary range of $90K - $110K. Our latest Director of Finance position plays a key role in driving the financial success of our client, overseeing strategic planning, managing risk, and ensuring legal compliance. This position is vital in guiding the company’s growth by delivering critical financial insights and maintaining stability. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in finance/accounting; MBA or CPA preferred 7+ years as a controller or director-level finance manager Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Key Responsibilities: The Director of Finance will lead financial reporting efforts to ensure accuracy and timeliness while overseeing all aspects of accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and cash reconciliation. Additionally, this role will be responsible for managing financial analysis, merger and acquisition activities, and hedging processes, contributing to strategic business decisions. Ensuring compliance with audits, tax regulations, and legal standards is essential, as is overseeing risk management, insurance, and cash flow operations.
