Submission Deadline: December 20, 2024 THE JOURNAL OF NUTRITION: SPECIAL ISSUE Advancing Animal, Human, and Food Nutrition Research in China: Innovations and Future Directions Guest Editors: Professor Fazheng Ren, Director, Department of Nutrition and Health, China Agricultural University Professor Yuexin Yang, President, China Nutrition Society and Federation of Asian Nutrition Societies THE JOURNAL OF NUTRITION seeks submissions to a Special Issue: “Advancing Animal, Human, and Food Nutrition Research in China: Innovations and Future Directions.” This Special Issue will highlight many of the significant changes in nutritional science and practice over the past decade in China. The Guest Editors seek high-quality reviews and original research articles presenting basic and translational nutrition research that explore innovations in major food-producing animal species; laboratory and companion animal species; humans at various physiological stages; and food production. Articles should explore new conceptual and technological advances in elucidating nutrient functions and metabolism and in determining nutrient requirements and their subsequent impacts on health, quality of life, welfare of animals as well as social, economic, and ecological sustainability.
