Let’s break down what this game-changing plan means for the protocol 👇 Web3 core values 💰 Economic sustainability: Project King Safety will rework Algorand's fee and incentive mechanisms to make the protocolcol truly self-sustaining. 🗳️ On-chain governance: xGov launches this quarter, giving stakers direct power to decide which projects receive support. 🌐 Network decentralization: Relay nodes are being phased out in favor of true peer-to-peer networking, already live.. Mainstream adoption 👨💻 Developer experience: AlgoKit 4.0 adds plug-and-play libraries, better storage, AI-friendly tooling, and new SDKs including Rust, Swift, and Kotlin. 🏢 Enterprise readiness: Intermezzo will launch as a custodial solution for businesses large and small. It will be used for Web2.5 business models. 📱 User experience: Rocca Wallet will launch as a white-labeled, open-sourced self-custody wallet to give users a Web2 experience when using the Algorand blockchain. Can a blockchain do that? 📊 Tokenized financial products: From debt to equities, with a debt token MVP due by year’s end. 🤖 Agentic commerce: Building the infrastructure for AI agents to transact instantly and securely. 🆔 Self-sovereign identity: Empowering users to control their digital identity, starting with chess players but built to scale globally. The bleeding edge: 🔒 Privacy: Zero-knowledge circuits, multiparty computation, and fully homomorphic encryption to power confidential apps and transactions. ⚛️ Quantum security: We already have quantum-secure chain history. Next will be quantum-secure account signatures. 📈 Scalability: We can handle 10,000 TPS and have even handled more on many occasions.
