Last week, we hosted our inaugural CEO Forum with executives from our platform partners. The forum brought together our partners to facilitate an open dialogue on the critical role of leadership, sharing insights, lessons, and best practices for building modern, enduring businesses.    Access Advisor and co-author of the New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestseller, #TheCEONextDoor, Kimberly Powell, hosted the conversation with CEOs about their journeys to becoming successful team leaders and partners, how they leverage proprietary Access resources like the Access Creating Executives (ACE) Program and Access Acceleration Center (A2C), and how they use data to scale their businesses.    Thank you to all the leaders who attended our first forum, and we look forward to future events with our partners! We understand that middle-market companies often struggle to compete in today’s dynamic environment. In line with our research-first mindset, we partnered with NOAH Research to develop the “Middle-Market Modernization Study” to further comprehend and address the challenges of middle-market founders. Surveying over 500 middle-market entrepreneurs, the “Middle-Market Modernization Study” revealed six critical pillars for modernization: strategic planning and execution, access to talent, tech-enabled processes, capital maturity, thoughtful digital footprint, and data-driven decision making. Last week, we hosted our network of investors, platform company partners, advisors, and team members at our 6th Annual Investor Summit in Baltimore.   This year’s theme, “Building Modern Enduring Businesses,” focused on how we provide our partner companies with the guidance and support needed to thrive in today’s fast-changing business environment. With the right people, processes, and technology, we help to innovate and scale middle market businesses into market leaders.   Our keynote speakers shared valuable insights into the evolution of private markets, sparking meaningful discussions on the future of middle market businesses. We also provided updates on our platform companies, fund performance, and operations. Additionally, we reviewed our Modern Business Framework, reflected on lessons learned and, importantly, how we are applying them moving forward.   The evening before, we held our Welcome Reception to offer guests an opportunity to network and showcase where and how we play in the middle market.   Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to this year’s event!
