Our Starkville, MS team participated in the Get Swept Up! event where they picked up litter around their office building to get ready for their first game day! Get Swept Up! is coordinated by the Greater Starkville Development Partnership and sponsored by local businesses. This event is a great way for community members and businesses to work together to spruce up Starkville and show their visitors just how much pride they take in their community. 🌟 Exciting News! 🌟 We're thrilled to announce that Josh Dilbeck has been promoted to Vice President! In his new role, Josh will lead the 1FFC Product Management Team, and we couldn't be more excited for him. Alan Shaw, EVP CIO, says, "Josh’s experience in the consumer finance industry and leadership skills make him a great asset in his new role leading our product teams.” Josh joined 1st Franklin Financial in August 2020 and has made a significant impact with his extensive background in consumer finance. He holds a degree from Berry College in Rome, GA, and previously excelled as Branch Manager in Branch Operations at OneMain Financial from August 2015 to August 2020. On a personal note, Josh is happily married to Lindsay and is a proud father of two wonderful kids and a playful dog. When he's not at work, you can find him enjoying a round of golf or spending quality time outdoors with his family.
