Authenticity is an asset, not a compromise. It brings life to messages and builds genuine connections. 1️⃣ Align values When your values resonate with the company’s, your perspective naturally strengthens the message. 2️⃣ Share experiences Once, I hesitated to delegate during a project, fearing a loss of control. Trusting my team not only delivered great results but also improved collaboration. Sharing this story with a client helped them embrace change. 3️⃣Be measured Authenticity doesn’t mean saying everything—it’s about transparency with purpose, reflecting your voice while aligning with the company’s vision. Balancing both isn’t a trade-off; it’s a synergy. Be yourself while serving the collective mission.

People buy people...not businesses. Your social media presence should above all else reflect who you are. Yes, you need to appear to be competent and to have relevant experience but people are only going to i) read what you write, and ii) believe it, if they like you. The challenge is to break through the noise and be liked first, without that you are simply another salesperson with something to pitch.
